Arrowwood is a large shrub growing up to 10 feet tall. Preference is for full sun to part shade. It is often found growing in moist lowland woods and floodplains. But is easily adaptable to any rich, loamy soil. Makes a good screen hedge. White flowers appear May-June followed by blue-black fruits in the autumn. Nice fall color ranges from yellow to red.
